Marley Croyle has been selected as the Female Athlete of the Week for the week ending on 4/19/24. She has continued to find success in the javelin for our Lady Warrior track and field team and has not lost in the event once this season. Marley broke her previous personal record, as well as the school’s record for javelin, by throwing 118 feet and 11 inches.

Marley started her season with a first-place win at Tyrone on 3/22, throwing 112 feet. She then broke the school record at the Bellwood quad meet on 3/28 and once again placed first. Finally, she secured another victory on her senior night at Philipsburg-Osceola last Thursday. Fellow senior teammate Ciara Condon appreciates all that Marley does for the program. “Marley is one of the fiercest girls on the team. She is a great athlete all-around, but in track specifically, she is one of the best throwers West Branch has had in a while,” Ciara stated.

Marley will be back in action on Wednesday, April 24th, at Mount Union Area High School.
