Skylah Baker has been selected for the Warrior Watch Athlete of the Week for the week ending 5/16/2025. Baker, who is a senior, participated in the ICCs for track and field, placing in multiple events. She was part of the girls’ 4×4 team that placed 6th and also placed 6th in the high jump. Baker had a terrific season this year. Her 172 points on the year make her the second-highest scorer on the girls’ track and field team.

Baker’s impact is felt by her teammates, as Emma Petriskey says, “Skylah contributes to the 4×4 team by always working hard to close the gap and always is with the other runners keeping a good pace.” Her impact goes beyond her performance, as Petriskey said, “She is happy and has a positive attitude.”
