As Week Two of fantasy football wraps up, there are several players you should be on the lookout for to ensure your team has the best chance to win your next games. Many players have been progressing, and there is valuable information that can be gathered from what they have already accomplished. Several players are currently dealing with injuries and suspensions as well.

To start, Drake Stoops, a wide receiver for the Los Angeles Rams, is facing a suspension due to violating the league’s performance-enhancing substance policy. Rashee Rice of the Kansas City Chiefs is also serving a suspension stemming from a 2024 car crash, which led to a six-game suspension for the 2025 season. The wide receiver will return to the NFL on October 19, 2025.

A top-performing quarterback, Lamar Jackson has been outstanding for the Baltimore Ravens. He scored 29.4 points in Week One and 26.3 points in Week Two, averaging 27.8 points per game. Puka Nacua, a wide receiver for the Los Angeles Rams, has totaled 50.7 points so far this season, so if your team is currently struggling, it may be a good idea to explore some trades. From an injury standpoint, star quarterback Joe Burrow is out with a severe, unfortunate injury that might keep him sidelined for the season. Burrow was seen with crutches and will need surgery. An ESPN insider and journalist, Adam Schefter, says, “With Joe Burrow as their starting QB, the Bengals are 40-30-1 and average 25.3 points per game. Without him, they are 6-8 and average 19.9 points per game.” Burrow, unfortunately, has a history of injuries.

With the fantasy season underway, make sure you are giving your team the best chance to win each week. Update your rosters as needed and be on the lookout for some of the top performers. Good luck!
