Athlete of the Week: Easton Emigh

Easton Emigh has been chosen to be the male Athlete of the Week for the week ending on the 24th. Easton Emigh has been a part of the West Branch Football team for four years despite getting multiple injuries in his career.

Easton Emigh leads the West Branch football team in receiving touchdowns this year with four. He is also 2nd in overall touchdowns with four and 3rd in receiving yards per game with an average of nineteen yards a game. Easton’s fifty-three-yard touchdown against Moshannon Valley was early in the second quarter for a West Branch touchdown.

Easton’s teammate Coby Kephart had this to say about his performance on Friday: “Easton had a tremendous catch late in the first half; he always knows the situation, and what’s best for the team.”
