After a long-awaited three years, Stranger Things fans are finally getting the end to the saga that started nearly nine years ago. The official trailer dropped on October 30 and showed fans some chilling events that are happening in Hawkins. The group must go up against Vecna, who is stronger than before and seeking vengeance.
The season also introduces new characters who will play important roles. One is Derek Turnbow, a character with limited information revealed so far. Another is Holly Wheeler, Mike and Nancy’s little sister, who has appeared only briefly in previous seasons. She will play a more significant role in the storyline for the final season as Vecna brings danger closer to her.
The Duffer Brothers also released the first five minutes of the first episode, showing Will Byer’s time in the Upside Down during Season One. The clip offers background on what Will experienced during events the audience never saw.
