William Edwards has been selected as the Warrior Watch Athlete of the Week for the week ending Feb. 14, 2026. Edwards recently competed in the PIAA District 6 tournament and placed first in the 114-pound weight class, advancing to regionals. He won his championship match 7-1 to earn the first-place medal. Edwards’ current record is 32-7, a .821 winning percentage, the highest on the Warrior Wrestling team. Edwards also has not been pinned this season, making him the only wrestler on the roster to remain pinless so far.
Junior Brayden Williamson comments, “Will Edward’s performance throughout the season has just kept getting better. Every match, he is improving in every position and always looking to score more points than in his last outing. He works very hard, and it shows with all the wins and achievements he is picking up.”
