Zack Tiracorda has been selected as Warrior Watch’s Male Athlete of the Week for the week of 4/11/2021.

Zack Tiracorda, a junior on the West Branch baseball team, had a phenomenal week of games last week. He is an outstanding pitcher and a huge addition to the group of boys this season, impressing anybody who attends a game in which he is on the mound. Zack most certainly gave Williamsburg baseball a run for their money last Thursday evening while he threw a nearly perfect game. That evening, he had a whopping ten strikeouts, which is already quite impressive. Not only that, but he also only walked one opponent and only gave up one single hit in five full innings. Clearly, Zack impressed his teammates, coaches, and parents last week.

Zack’s teammate and fellow junior baseball player, Owen Graham says, “Zack is a great ballplayer and teammate, as well. He puts in the work year-round and it certainly shows during games.” Clearly, Zack is a well-respected, well-rounded teammate.
