After a tough game Monday night, the Lady Warriors come back Tuesday to get the win against Juniata Valley; 25-12, 25-8, and 25-13

The Lady Warriors started the game fast and took the lead in the first set against Juniata Valley. Unlike Monday night against Central Mountain, the Lady Warriors had a good service game. Katrina Cowder started off the game with a few-point service runs and helped the Lady Warriors start with a lead. Cowder has been on lately and has been really showing her skills in all the areas on the court.

Cowder had 11 service points in the game against Juniata Valley, 6 of those being aces; along with Abby Gallaher who also had 11 service points and received 3 aces. Marley Croyle added to the serves with 7 service points. Croyle led the team in kills, having 11 kills. Cowder had 7 kills, Gallaher and Cantolina both had 6 kills. With all of the kills put up on the board Tuesday night, setter Brooklyn Myers received 30 assists. Mactavish had the most digs in the game, being 5 total digs.

The team is getting better as they go into every game. With a busy schedule this week, the Lady Warriors take on Glendale at home for senior night Thursday and have the Warrior Blast Tournament this Saturday at the West Branch school. Coach Terry Trude is hoping to see lots of kills, assists, digs, and service points from the Lady Warriors the rest of this week.
