From double batons to fire batons, Co-Captian Allie Danko loves to twirl. Her favorite routine to twirl this season is the double baton routine, which she helped choreographed with Captain Dylanee Bell and Co-Captian Taylor Maguire. The double baton routine can be found in the West Branch Warrior Marching Band’s halftime show, “En Fuego.” It is the opening number of the show and was beautifully choreographed. Allie, Taylor, and senior, XXXXX, enjoy this routine. The Band Front adviser, Melody Bell, is pleased with how far the majorette squad had come since the first day of band camp. Their most recent performance was at Glendale High School, where they did an amazing job. “However, there is always room for improvement,” said Bell. Apart from twirling, the majorettes are involved in various activities, such as dance, volleyball, cheer, and horseback riding.
