Kamryn MacTavish is graduating from West Branch Area High School alongside the rest of the Class of 2023. Kamryn has participated in softball for eleven years, volleyball for seven years, soccer for one year, National Honor Society for two years, FCA for four years, and Varsity Club for three years. She has received two awards for English excellence and her overall grade average. In athletics, she earned two rewards in softball for her high fielding average, four volleyball awards, two being defensive awards, one being an offensive reward, and the last one for having the best-serving average on her team. Her favorite memory from school was going to the weight room after school. The teacher that made the most positive impact on her was Mrs. Fry. Kamryn said, “She took a subject I struggled with and made me completely understand and succeed in it. She worked hard to make sure everyone was understanding what she was teaching, and she always succeeded to teach us.” Kamryn will attend Penn State Dubois to earn an associate’s degree in Business Administration.
