Nick Parks has been chosen as the Warrior Watch’s Athlete of the Week for the week ending on April 25, 2026. Parks has been a 3-year starter for the Warrior baseball team, playing as the team’s first baseman and also serving as the Warriors’ brick wall behind the plate as the catcher.

Nick Parks has been on fire throughout the whole season, posting a 0.512 batting average and racking up 21 hits, with four of those hits being extra-base hits. Parks leads the team in batting average and also in the hits category. Parks isn’t just dominant at the plate; he’s also a reliable presence behind it, committing only three errors on 85 total chances.

Junior teammate Hansen Lannen said having Nick as the cleanup hitter in the lineup makes everyone better on the field, stating, “Nick always getting on base and putting the ball in play motivates the rest of the lineup to do the same thing and keep the train rolling. It makes Nick a great teammate to play with.”
