On Saturday, September 18th, the Lady Warrior Volleyball Team hosted the annual Warrior Blast Tournament. There were six schools competing, as follows: West Branch, Kane, Purchase Line, Glendale, Curwensville, and Clearfield. The Lady Warriors won all of their games throughout the day and made sure to get the gold in the end.  

After the pool play games, one player from each team got awarded a medal for an outstanding player. Katrina Cowder won the medal for the Lady Warrior team. Later into the tournament, the coaches from the other teams had to choose another outstanding player from the championship game, with Brooklyn Myers earning that honor. 

Overall, Abby Gallaher had 38 service points with 10 aces, 28 kills, and 18 blocks. Meghan Cantolina had 34 service points with 13 aces and 24 kills. Katrina Cowder had 43 service points with 22 aces, 26 kills, and 16 blocks. Marley Croyle had 35 service points with 12 aces and 36 kills. All of the kills brought setter Brooklyn Myers to earn 77 assists, earning 15 kills herself. Hayley Wooster earned 15 service points and Matayha Kerin had 12 service points. Kamryn MacTavish had earned 21 digs throughout the Warrior Blast tournament.
