On Monday, December 3, 2018, it was announced that Megan Yingling would be representing West Branch at the PMEA District 4 Jazz Band Festival.
“I felt extremely excited because I wasn’t given the chance of getting in for regular districts, so at least I got in somewhere,” Yingling stated, “I think it will be a great experience considering this will be my first time doing something this large. I can’t wait.” According to Megan, she is “very psyched!!”
The festival lasts from Feb. 14-16. The concert will be held on February 16th at 11:00 am at East Juniata High School.
