Landon Bainey has been selected as Warrior Watch’s Male Athlete of the Week for the week of 1/26/24. Landon improved his senior year record to 34-2 and finished 2nd out of 44 teams at the Ultimate Warrior tournament this past weekend. He also recently placed 1st at the Mercer VFW tournament. 

Landon is one of the two seniors on the wrestling team and is very successful. Many of the younger classmen look up to him. One of his teammates,  Natalie Yingling, said, “ Landon wrestled very tough this weekend and he kept his head high the whole time.” The wrestling team’s regular season is quickly coming to an end with a match at Philipsburg-Osceola on Feb. 2nd, and one last home match against Tyrone on the 6th.
