Natalie Yingling has been chosen as the Warrior Watch Athlete of the Week for the week ending 05/03/2025. At a recent meet in McConnellsburg, Yingling scored 32 points, which was the second-highest total of the day for the girls’ team. Yingling competes in the 400-meter dash, long jump, triple jump, and pole vault.
Yingling is in her third year of track and field and is one of seven juniors on the girls’ team. So far this season, she has contributed a total of 125 points to her team. Coach Adam Carr states, “Natalie is one of my best athletes of all time. She could be my top athlete in half of the events. She shifted to being primarily a jumper for me this season, and is our top long and triple jumper. Her best triple jump distances put her in the top three all time at West Branch. She is also one of the few female athletes I have that can compete in the pole vault.“
