Hailey Prestash has been selected as the Warrior Watch’s Female Athlete of the Week ending on 4/13/19. Hailey is a senior on the West Branch track and field team. She participates in the 800-meter, 1600-meter, and the 4×4 relay. This past week, Prestash placed second in her 800-meter run with a time of 2:39 at the meet in McConnellsburg. She had a close run with the leading girl during the race. In her 1600-meter run, she took the win with a time of 6:22.7 finishing almost 30 seconds ahead of her opponents. Prestash is expected to be a key runner in all the upcoming meets for West Branch. She will be running at the Northern Bedford meet on Tuesday and at the Mount Union meet on Wednesday.
