Kyle Moore has been selected as the Male Athlete of the Week for his performance during the week of 04/18/2021. Kyle has been selected for his consistent performance throughout the season, including being an everyday starter for the baseball team. In addition to being a leader on the field as one of two seniors on the team, Kyle was vital in the extra inning against Claysburg-Kimmel. He was able to put up two hits in just the extra inning. Overall, Kyle has been a significant part of the team’s success, and will continue to be a part of that success until the end of the season.

Head Coach, David Learish, said, “Kyle had a great offensive performance last week vs. Claysburg-Kimmel. He had a 2 hit game with a critical sacrifice bunt. We closed the game with a 6-6 tie after 10 innings. That was the only game we got to play last week due to COVID issues.”

He went on to say, “We are glad Kyle has persevered and stuck out 4 years of playing at West Branch. He has played some solid outfield for us during his career.”
