Male Athlete of the Week: Parker Johnson

Parker Johnson has multiple catches for big gains on the season.

Parker Johnson is the Male Athlete of the Week for the week ending on 10/02/2021.

Parker Johnson has been selected as Warrior Watch’s Male Athlete of the Week for the week ending on 10/02/2021. 

Johnson is a wide receiver for the West Branch Warrior Football Team. Johnson has had multiple catches for big gains this season. Johnson has six catches this season, with a total of 224 receiving yards. He has also caught one touchdown pass this season.

Parker’s receiver coach Justin Koleno says a few words, “ Parker contributes to the team in a lot of ways that do not show up on stats. He is scrappy and physical. When a player acts like him, it’s contagious.” Koleno continues to comment on the Friday-night game, “We had to play a couple spells without him and everyone could see the difference.”
