Coby Kephart has been chosen as the Warrior Watch Athlete of the Week for the week ending 04/19/2025. While the baseball team traveled to Bucktail on April 17, Kephart recorded a single and a double in the 13–4 victory, batting .500. He continues to stay consistent by carrying his energy into the outfield, where he makes tremendous catches and can be counted on to field any ball hit his way.

He leads off for the Warriors in every game and continues to be a spark for the team. He has nine hits on the season, with a batting average of .391. Senior second baseman Logan Liptak spoke about how crucial Kephart’s performance is to the team:  “Coby is a great leadoff hitter because he gets on base a lot. He scores lots of runs and gets in position for the power hitters to drive him in. He is also a great fielder and makes it very easy for us to score runs or keep the other team from scoring.”
