Male Athlete of the Week: Isaac Tiracorda

Isaac works both sides of the field for the Warrior Baseball team.

Junior Isaac Tiracorda is the Warrior Watch Male Athlete of the Week for the week ending on 4/01/23. Isaac is one of the returning letterwinners for the baseball team, lettering both in his freshman and sophomore years. Isaac is the starting catcher and the leadoff hitter in the lineup. He currently has the highest on-base percentage on the team, with 0.625. Isaac also has the second-highest batting average on the team at 0.400. Against Moshannon Valley, he got on base at every at bat with two hits and two walks. 

Teammate Lukas Colton says Isaac contributes a lot. Lukas explained, “He gets on base when we need him to. He is one of the most reliable players on this team.”

Future Plans: To play baseball in college and become a Physical Therapist.
